Simple, fast drill down is critical for anyone!

One left click on the machine Traffic Light produces the particular trend parameter in alarm.

One left click on the peak of particular trend parameter in alarm produces spectrum & waveform.

The bearing 3 axial accelerometer, No Load State trend, shows a significantly increased peak to peak value compared to the general level, that a similar peak occurred some weeks ago, and that both peaks just broke through the Yellow or Alert level and have a long way to go to reach the shutdown level.

So we can conclude that it’s not a serious new problem, and refer to previous analysis or move forward to perform another analysis, using the spectra and waveform data.

After analysis, it may be decided that the alarm level should be raised slightly, OR, the machine should be repaired. Either action will prevent occasional alarms and save condition monitoring personnel time.
